JA Inspire Virtual is NOT just a career fair, but a robust, engaging and FUN career exploration experience that middle and high school students LOVE! It brings together the business community and local students and is designed to help them EXPLORE and DISCOVER careers and entire industries they haven't even heard of before and help them envision and plan for a bright future!
The program is as easy as 1...2...3!
1.Students complete five, interactive 20-30 minute career-readiness activities they can do on their own or with the guidance of a teacher, counselor or caring adult.
2. Students "attend" the JA Inspire Virtual career fair, with employer exhibit booths to explore and ask booth representatives questions via a secure chat, various webinars to view and much more!
3.Students complete a post-event reflection, where they are encouraged plan their next steps!
VFairs, the online interactive platform used to host the JA Inspire Virtual career fair is a powerful way for students to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy.
